Everything was good including the very commendable friendliness of the staff except :
Disadvantages to consider :
1. Room had cockroach crept up on my son at the sofa the day we were leaving??
2. The toilets shld be tiled with anti slipping. Very slippery when wet.
3. Air conditioning temp looks centralised and can't be controlled.
4. Swimming pool / and its water is not that clean.

Good location, good service but I found that the bed linen was little bit dirty. Maybe you can improve the hardware of the hotel like clean environment and rooms. Thanks

Excellent stay at Marriott Miri. The service was top-notch and staff were always helpful and polite. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. The hotel ambience feels premium yet relaxing. Will definitely come back again.

The only 5 stars hotel with beach access and big swimming pool. Room amenities can be better. Breakfast also slightly disappointing.

Always impressed with the Miri Marriott mainly because of the fact it is a resort, and you feel you are away from everything when staying there. Service was good, breakfast was ok - it has been better before. On checkout they made a mistake by charging me poolside drinks and food that I didn't have, but when I stated it wasn't mine they had no problem with correcting that.
Great all round place if you want that escape feel.

I booked pool view room. And they said this was it. I’m a tired mom looking forward to relaxing gate away with my son. And, i also requested for nearby room, but ended no lift, walking and another staircase. My other times was walking distance too, with an elderly with me they give 1st floor as well. Haiya
